UX UI & Strategy Design

A premier real estate firm in Bahria Town Karachi, renowned for excellence. It offers a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties sourced from top developers and its projects, with an unwavering commitment to exceptional service.

Introducion

Faced with a dated website that lacked lead generation and efficient property management, I was tasked with revamping ZURAACO’s online presence to enhance user experience and functionality.

The old website struggled with property search efficiency, lacked UX design, and failed to generate leads or manage property data effectively. The project aimed to upgrade the site to prioritize lead generation, dynamic functionality, and effective property showcasing.

Objectives

Effectively showcase real estate projects and properties to attract potential buyers.
Generate leads and conversions for ZURAACO through strategic design.
Create a simple and efficient user journey for easy property discovery.

Process

Navigated a structured process with ZURAACO’s insights to address key issues and set clear goals.

The process began with multiple meetings to understand ZURAACO’s market and audience, leveraging their extensive research. We outlined the main goals through QA sessions and developed a user flow to address identified issues.

ZURAACO acknowledges competitors and aims to differentiate, targeting investors, brokers, and end users.

Userflows & Wireframes

Initial wireframes were developed based on user flows and feedback, with multiple iterations to align with ZURAACO’s needs. The focus was on presenting data concisely and uniquely, balancing intuitive design with manageable information.

Key Points:

We ran through multiple iterations and extensive testing to refine both content and strategy, ensuring rich data was effectively showcased on project and property unit pages.
Successfully balanced intuitive design with the presentation of detailed information, including amenities and other relevant data, to provide users with a seamless experience.
Bridged the gap between project and property showcases by integrating comprehensive data into a cohesive and user-friendly interface.

Design & Prototypes

After finalizing wireframes and design systems, I created high-fidelity designs and prototypes that embraced a minimalist "less is more" approach. I prioritized WCAG accessibility and usability, ensuring the design catered to the diverse needs of ZURAACO's user base.

Conclusion and Key-points

Although the project is still under development, the newly designed website promises to deliver a highly functional and user-centric experience that effectively manages property data. After completing the design, I handed over the development files to ZURAACO’s contracted development team.
